On Tuesday night, I had a rather pleasant night/surprise from some of my dearest Poly mates – Bing Sheng, Jia Sheng, Kelvin & Peiyu – who was at my house’s void deck at 2am in the morning (so I guess that makes it Wednesday night instead) with lighted cupcakes and a present for me. They’re so sweet, and I really appreciate their sweet and thoughtful little acts! :D We had roti prata near my place thereafter, and as usual, Jia Sheng was being annoying, and Bing Sheng’s crazy/reckless driving skills still freak me out. /:

They lighted up the candles on top of the cupcakes. By the time I came down, there was a burning smell coming from them because the wax that dripped burnt the cupcakes hahaha!

Haven’t been blogging in awhile because my life has been really packed lately. Not forgetting about the fact that I am also busy trying to figure out how to work my new Macbook! I am still trying to get the hang of it, and I’ve to learn all the shortcuts all over again. (People who has done projects with me would know that I am actually quite good and fast with all the shortcuts on windows)

Anyway, on the actual day of my birthday – Wednesday – Jon and I had trouble deciding on whether we should have my birthday lunch at Forlino or Privé since I wanted to visit these places since a while ago! Anyway, we decided on Privé and I really love the view from the restaurant. Looking at the clear blue sky and the yatch being docked pier helped lightened my mood by a whole lot. Would love to revisit this place, but at Privé Cafe & Bakery instead! (:

I wonder if it is a sign of aging, because just hanging out the entire day during my off days are actually very tiring. D: Caught up with BFF Matt for lunch, and it was good! We had no where in mind for lunch and I suggested 4 Fingers at ION because it always caught my attention when I am actually walking around to grab my food while working. Finally got to try it, and thumbs up for it! :D

It’s my off day again, and it’s a busy one! Met up with Stacey Soulmate at Dover and we headed down to the Optometry Centre to be subjects for Eng Heng’s FYP! Yay to easy money heehee! :D Felt so happy meeting up with Stacey even though it wasn’t a proper date or anything like that. (:

Had lunch at Clementi’s Botak Jones because I was craving for the cheese mashed potatoes! It still taste as good, but I’m quite sad that the portion shrunk. ):
