The last day of our stay in Hong Kong was a rather relaxed one. The only thing I had on my itinerary was blank except that we’d be covering Causeway Bay! Jon stumbled upon Sun Kee Cheese Noodles when we were searching on where to have our lunch at, and even though it was located at Tsim Sha Tsui, we knew we had to have them before we depart home. And boy, we thoroughly enjoyed what we had! We ordered the signature cheese noodles with pork cheeks, and Jon ordered a bowl of spicy beef rice which turned out to be surprisingly savoury and delish!

Headed over to Causeway Bay thereafter, and we were so glad that we managed to search for the must-eats via Google while we were on the go, and it has got to be the best decision! It was non-stop eating, but so so satisfying! We had a taste of one of the smoothest soy beancurd with a twist of coconut flavour from Yan Wo Dou Bun Chong Soya Bean Curd, an unassuming bowl of fishball noodles & wanton noodles for our second lunch/mid day meal at Kong Chai Kee Noodles! And as a sucker for diary products, when Yee Shun Milk Company appears while you were on a food hunt, you have to go for it. I absolutely enjoyed my share of dessert so much I was so tempted to grab another bowl despite my bursting belly! All that food we ate were so worthy of the calories!

Jon & I didn’t have a vivid memory of us enjoying Hong Kong on our previous trip, but this holiday really made up for it with all that constant food hunt – even our tastebuds are celebrating with joy! It’s a nice change from the usual sightseeing holidays that Jon & I love, and we are already looking forward to our next foodie trip/holiday in a city! x
