One of the Saturday mornings when Jon invited our neighbours over to play with Tyler.
Trying greek yogurt for the first time
Feeding sessions with Godma Stacey
“Mommy, why are you taking so long to give me my food?!”
Indulging in the chicken & vegetable stew with pasta I made for him.
Oh, the mess!
I may be biased, but isn’t this grouchy boy the cutest you have seen?!
Happy to go on a walk with J!
Absolutely love how J turns around and check on Tyler every once in a while as we walk.
An Allie + Tyler Series
It’s really amusing watching little ones interact without the use of words – like how they would reach out and touch each other, the smiling, and even the pinching/pulling of hair. Oh, the innocence of a child!
Yes, if I didn’t stop going trigger happy, he wold have gotten out of his highchair and reached Allie!
Snipplets from the Phone
Having fun with Godma Estella’s family!
This is the point when I can finally see what people mean by Tyler looks like his Dad. Look at both of their mischievous and cheeky face!
Now that this little guy has hit the 9th month mark, he’s definitely slowly revealing his own personality. Tyler’s still a very smiley baby, but he has been a little mischievous and too active as of late – and I guess one of the perks of being a young Mom is that I do have the energy to keep up with him without feeling too drained out. Yet. It’s definitely getting more prominent that he is a lot more like his Dad than me; loves eating, very cheeky, and definitely looking a little like him too! The past 9 months has been so amazing watching this little infant growing into that little boy that we are all trying to discover – himself included.
It makes me a little sad that Tyler’s slowly losing his baby fats, and you probably heard this too many times from mothers around, but my little baby is growing up way too fast he needs to slow down a little. I honestly cannot believe what 9 months has done to my newborn, and in a blink of an eye, we’ll be celebrating his first birthday. Sigh. This is truly a Mommy’s emotional moment.
October’s the start of my four day work week, and I am definitely enjoying that extra day off work to spend with my little guy. You’re only this small for this long, and I’m gonna cherish every single bit of it.
Grow well our little Prince. Daddy & Mommy love you so, so much! x
