11th December 2013 • Bing Sheng & Yuli’s Solemnization

Jon and I woke up early on a lovely Wednesday morning to help one of my closest pals from poly to tie their knot on this very special day. Together with Matthew, the groom picked us up and we headed to Hort Park where the lovebirds’ solemnization was held. We spent the morning filling the balloons with helium, helping the groom to prep the venue to that little wedding dream of theirs.

It was a lovely morning, and thank goodness it didn’t rain because the weather forecast said that there would be a thunderstorm. Which did happen – only after the solemnization, thankfully. The weather was good, bright and sunny just like the mood of the two love birds. It was also good to see those familiar faces once again after graduation three years back (just how did time fly by this quickly?) and catching up with them. Yuli was glowing in her bridal beauty you’ll find it hard to believe that her make up was actually done by her sister. It was such a simple yet happy affair it makes me so warm & fuzzy on the inside. :)

Once again, congratulations to my dear friends, Mr & Mrs Lim Bing Sheng! May you have a blissful marriage! x
