Restaurant Week Stop #3 One morning, I woke up to an email from Dining City – an email on a reservation that Amanda has made for the both of us. It was funny and I giggled to myself how this girl assumed that I was free that day, which I apparently was. This girl has been so busy it’s almost impossible to get her to meet up with the boyfriend and I (which he has been complaining about).

Over good food, that two hour short date night with this girl was a much needed one. Quality catch up, and sharing about the woes that has been bothering me, there’s just almost nothing that I can’t share with this girl. In fact, I think sometimes I share too much it probably irks her. But she still loves me any way, so it doesn’t matter.

There’s really nothing else that I appreciate more than a true friendship like the one I share with this girl – we’re both busy building our own lives away from each other, but always having each other in mind and heart. Every meet up with recharges me.
